Briefly describe your type of business, approximately how many active internal users you need and what you want to organise better.

If you need more than 20 active internal users, ask for a separate offer. No standard larger-business price is stated here.

Help with something you already use

Explain the feature, what you tried to do and what happened. You can include an error message, but remove names, sensitive details and sign-in information.

For activation or invitation problems, do not forward an activation link, code or password. Explain where you get stuck instead.

Privacy questions or a possible security issue

Start with a short description to post@retthms.no. Do not send health information, personnel cases or real customer documents in ordinary email. Ask for an appropriate channel if more detailed material is needed.

The email address provides a way to reach a person. This page does not promise round-the-clock staffing, a specific reply time or an ordered advisory engagement.

Do I need to be a customer to email you?

No. You can use the public contact address before registering the company.

Can I book advisory work here?

Bookable advisory packages have been deferred. You can ask about the product and describe a need, but an enquiry is not an order or a confirmed service.

How should I explain a problem?

Say what you are trying to do, where you get stuck and what appears on the screen. Leave out passwords, sign-in links and sensitive information. An appropriate way to continue can be agreed if needed.
