The aim is practical documentation: what has been assessed, who will follow up and what still needs clarification. You do not need a collection of documents that nobody uses.
Let employees take part in everyday HSE work
All active employees can take part in ordinary HSE and quality work. They can record and follow up incidents, carry out checks, and create, share and sign safe job analyses, known as SJA in RettHMS.
Create reusable company templates and adapt checks to each job. Give findings an owner, a due date and follow-up. Completing an action and checking that it worked are separate steps.
Build a report from the relevant job records
Bring together check responses, relevant SJA information and selected before, during and after photos. The customer report uses the content you choose and shows unresolved issues.
Once the report is ready, your business downloads the PDF, reviews it and sends it to the customer. Internal comments, restricted information and signature images are not included automatically.
One base plan, an explicit choice
The base plan costs NOK 2,490 per year or NOK 249 per month, excluding VAT. It includes up to 20 active internal users, including the owner, and 5 GB of storage. External participants who only sign an SJA do not count as internal users.
Register the company and its first owner for a 14-day free trial. Employees are invited by the company. A paid subscription requires an explicit order; the trial does not turn into a subscription automatically.
Understand the current operational limits
External backups and file scanning have been deferred. Unchecked user files remain private in quarantine and cannot be used as approved files. Read the security page before planning to use your own photos and attachments.
AI provides suggestions for your business to review. A completed form, signature or AI draft does not confirm that work is safe or that every requirement has been met.

Is RettHMS suitable for a sole operator?
Yes. The product is also intended for owners working on their own. The owner counts as one of the included active internal users.
Does every SJA participant need an account?
No. External participants can read the shared SJA version and sign using their self-reported name and company, without an account or subscription of their own.
Can we keep working without AI?
Yes. Manual records, checklists, actions and reading documentation remain available when the included AI capacity has been used.
