Purpose and intended users
RettHMS is an HSE and quality system for small construction, civil works, cleaning and service businesses, including owners working on their own. It supports the business's assessments, records and follow-up.
Using the product is not an authority approval, certification or confirmation that every requirement has been met. The business must assess its own conditions and carry out the necessary actions.
Company registration and the 14-day trial
A new business registers the company and its first owner together on the web. Company information is checked before the account is created. The first owner verifies their own email; new accounts choose a password during activation. Existing accounts retain their sign-in details.
Employees are created and invited from Company by an authorised owner or administrator. There is no separate public registration route for standalone personal accounts.
The trial lasts 14 days under the base plan's feature and capacity rules. A subscription requires an explicit order. Trial expiry alone does not order a subscription or create a subscription invoice.
Price, renewal and invoicing
The base plan costs NOK 2,490 per year or NOK 249 per month, excluding VAT. It includes up to 20 active internal users, including the owner, and 5 GB of storage. External participants who only sign an SJA do not count towards the limit.
The monthly agreement rolls on without an annual commitment. Annual billing covers one year at a time. After an explicit subscription order, subsequent renewals and invoicing follow the agreed interval until cancelled.
All invoices are handled through Conta. Card payments and Vipps are not offered. Subscription invoices have a 14-day payment term from the invoice date. The final text must explain acceptance, payment, notices and overdue payments together.
Explicitly ordered extras
Additional storage costs NOK 290 per year or NOK 29 per month, excluding VAT, for each extra 5 GB. It follows the base plan's billing interval; any first partial-period charge is shown before ordering.
An extra AI pack costs NOK 99 excluding VAT, provides half the normal monthly capacity and is valid for twelve months. No fixed number of tasks is guaranteed. New packs and overage charges are not ordered or invoiced automatically.
Manual work continues when AI capacity is used up. An already ordered storage add-on is a recurring part of the agreement; this is different from an additional pack that has not been ordered.
Access, signatures and sharing reports
All active employees have standard operational HSE and quality access, including SJA. Company finances and administration follow the owner and administrator roles. Publishing shared procedures and templates, and accessing sensitive cases, have separate conditions.
External SJA participants report their own name and company. Signatures belong to particular versions and do not replace on-site checks. Your business selects customer-report content, downloads the PDF and sends it itself.
Operational status and limits
The prepared AI setup covers short text tasks. It does not establish active file analysis or Europe-only processing of all AI information.
File scanning and external backups have been deferred. Unchecked user files remain private in quarantine and cannot be used as approved attachments. This draft does not approve the actual provider setup or production delivery.
Cancellation, export and completing the agreement
Cancellation stops the next renewal. The monthly agreement can be cancelled before the next monthly period; annual access continues through the paid period. The actual cancellation channel and treatment of any remaining annual payment must be specified in the final agreement.
Ending a subscription, exporting records, deactivating members and deleting data must be explained separately. This draft does not establish new general retention periods or an undocumented deletion or recovery guarantee.
