The monthly agreement rolls on without an annual commitment. Twelve monthly payments total NOK 2,988, excluding VAT: NOK 498 more than annual billing.

You can cancel before the next monthly period. This is a monthly agreement, not an annual agreement paid in twelve instalments.

Included with either billing option

The base plan applies per organisation number. The owner and other active internal members count towards the user limit. External participants who only sign an SJA do not.

5 GB of storage, with photo compression as part of file handling.

Extras you explicitly order

Additional storage: 5 GB for NOK 290 per year or NOK 29 per month, excluding VAT, per pack. It follows the base plan's billing interval. Any charge for the first partial period is shown before ordering.

Extra AI: NOK 99 excluding VAT per pack. A pack provides half the normal monthly capacity and is valid for twelve months. The number of tasks depends on their size. New packs are never ordered automatically.

When storage is full, new files that use the quota stop; existing records are not deleted to reduce usage. Ordinary manual HSE work does not depend on remaining AI capacity.

The company trial starts with the company and its first owner. Employees are invited by the business. The trial uses the base plan's feature and capacity rules; it is not unlimited resource use.

An expired trial without an explicit order does not produce a subscription invoice. Once you order a rolling subscription, it renews and is invoiced at the agreed interval until cancelled. No automatic subscription refers to the end of the trial, not every later billing period.

Conta invoices and larger teams

All invoices are handled through Conta. RettHMS does not offer card payments or Vipps. Subscription invoices have a 14-day payment term.

File handling and operational readiness

External backups and file scanning have been deferred. Unchecked user files remain private in quarantine and cannot be completed or exported as approved attachments. Listing a base-plan feature does not confirm that every file-based production workflow is active.

Read the security page for the current limitations. The actual provider setup and release checks must be resolved before a production commitment is made.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. All customer prices on this page exclude VAT.

Does the owner count towards the 20-user limit?

Yes. The limit covers active internal users, including the owner. External participants who only sign an SJA do not count.

Does monthly billing include less AI?

No. Annual and monthly billing provide the same product content and monthly capacity rules. Annual billing does not make a full year's ongoing AI capacity available at once.

Do we have to buy extra AI to keep working?

No. You can continue manually. Extra AI requires an explicit order; RettHMS does not automatically issue an overage invoice.

Is advisory work included?

The base plan is self-service with product guidance. Bookable advisory packages have been deferred and cannot be purchased here.
