Fictional example: clearing a site with machinery and hand tools

A team is clearing a site before further work. They record boundaries, access and the agreed scope, and describe matters needing clarification about concealed services, waste and other people using the area.

The industry starter provides relevant questions before work begins. The team adapts the check and prepares an SJA for machinery operating alongside people on foot. The records must describe the company's own assessments and chosen measures.

Keep changed conditions in the same follow-up

If the team discovers unknown ground conditions or a changed access route, they record it and clarify what needs reassessment.

Changed SJA content creates a new version for participants to review and sign. An incident can lead to an action with a named person and due date; recording it does not mean the issue has been resolved.

A handover the customer can understand

After clearance, the team documents work performed, waste handling and outstanding items. Selected before/after photos and checks can be included in the PDF report once files have been fully received and verified.

Your company checks the preview, downloads the report and sends it itself. The app does not replace necessary technical investigations, clarification or competence.
