Operational SJA work is available to employees
All active employees can create, revise, publish and share an SJA, manage participants and sign for themselves. No separate publishing grant is required for this operational work.
Describe the job and workplace, divide the work into understandable steps and record relevant hazards and selected measures. Saving a draft is different from publishing it or marking the SJA ready.
Guests review and sign without an account
An employee explicitly chooses to share the relevant version by QR code or link. Each guest receives the shared work content and signs for themselves, using their full name and company or selecting no company affiliation.
Guest identity is self-reported. Access to a QR code and a drawn or typed signature do not independently verify identity. The employee's participant check is recorded separately; a guest does not gain company membership or access to other cases.
Changed content needs a new review
A signature belongs to the content of one published version. Changing work steps, hazards or measures creates a new SJA version. Earlier signatures remain in history and do not carry over to the new text.
A new participant can sign the unchanged current version without everyone signing again. Required new participants must sign and be checked before the SJA is marked ready again.
A signature is different from a job being ready
Keep participant confirmations, checks of actual participation and necessary safety clarification separate. A large number of signatures does not resolve a critical outstanding issue.
The internal SJA can be downloaded as a PDF with clear version and draft status. Export needs internet access and a fresh access check; it does not publish, sign or mark the SJA ready.
