Fictional example: office cleaning before opening
A cleaning team covers offices, shared areas and toilets before the customer opens. They record rooms and surfaces, access, keys and alarm arrangements, and describe existing damage the customer should know about.
The check is adapted to the company's method. Points may cover selected products, dosage according to product instructions, equipment, protective measures and how wet floors and other occupants are managed. These are topics to assess, not a universal work instruction.
Record the quality you actually examine
During and after the job, employees complete the relevant checks. Use yes/no/not applicable, text or numbers with units and the company's own acceptance limits.
If a surface does not meet the agreement, record the location and finding. Create an action, document the correction and check the result. A photo or tick box alone does not replace the agreed inspection method.
Give the customer relevant records
The customer report can gather selected check results, photos and outstanding items. Only files that have been received and verified can be included as approved files in a completed report.
